► Ingredients:
Shape/Ring 7" (18 cm)
200 g of chocolate biscuits
50 g coconut flakes
80g butter
Layer 1:
2 egg yolks
80 g sugar
30 g vanilla pudding (or cornstarch + 1 tsp vanilla sugar)
100ml whipping cream 30-35%
300ml milk
20 g butter
Layer 2:
300 g cream cheese
100ml whipping cream 35%
50 g powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
For decoration:
coconut flakes, coconut chips
walnuts
chocolate ganache (50 g dark chocolate, 50 ml whipping cream 30-35%)
