2 naranjas grandes (unos 500 g de puré)
130 g de azúcar
25 g de maicena

375 g de hojaldre XXL (o 2x230 g)
30 ml de agua (o jugo de naranja)
10 g de azúcar
Hornear en horno precalentado a 200 °C (392 °F) por 15-20 minutos

500 g queso crema
150 g de azúcar en polvo
8 g de azúcar de vainilla
250 ml de nata para montar 35%

Remoje 20 g de gelatina en leche fría, deje que se hinche. Luego caliente la leche casi hasta que hierva, pero no hierva. Agregar yogur, leche condensada 🙂
