Information for Dropsy, end portals CAN spawn with all eyes inside. An easy example is the set seed speedrun for minecraft where the end portal spawns with all eyes inside

If you think about it Jerome is like a screaming baka that you thought you would never have
Jerome did you know that in a different version of the block armor mod you could get the effects with only 2 pieces of the armor, if you can it might be interesting to do a battle dome and see what combos people come up with. For example obsidian chest and legs for armor value and effects, and quartz Helm and boots for strength.
You could of easily beaten the game in record time. Also bastion can have netherite and are good for ender pearls

Dropsy an end portal can spawn with all eyes but voor every portal is 1/10 chance that an eye spawns
Also you could check the minecraft wiki for more info about the end portal
