Your tours were, by far, the most useful tool we had in trying to understand some of the dorm choices, so thanks. Also, great T.S. Eliot video. Surprised to even put those exact words together to make a sentence, but yeah. Carry on.
Your vids helped me immensely when looking at dorms! Thank you for all the south campus tips especially. If you could do an advice video for incoming freshmen (northwestern or otherwise) that would be great too! Good luck on exams!
how important is the ranking of the bottom half of your list? i put a lot of thought into the ranking first 7-9 or so buildings but after that just went with "okay let's rank all the remaining dorms on south and then the remaining ones on north". my top 4 are willard, shepard, 1838 chicago, and allison (which obv are super popular), in that order. what's the likelihood i end up with one of those?
Think carefully about your rankings! I mean that's definitely what I did and things turned out fine but yeah your can never be too safe. You also might not get any of your preferences, so 🤷♂️
they just changed the rule regarding faerie lights, but i'm not sure about ring lights & tapestries. i think that you can't have tapestries because they shouldn't cover a specific percentage of wall area, but i'm not sure off the top of my head 🤔

is Lincoln the only dorm that offers suite style housing?
It's the only one that freshman can live in besides Slivka, which is a specialty dorm.
Is it true that we aren’t allowed to hang ring lights and tapestries on our dorm walls? I saw it somewhere on the housing website
