You look on the map and search a city where you don't have a garage. You go there and buy it. Afterwards you can upgrade it and you repeat the same steps for every new garage you want. You can have a garage in every city that way. :)

You'll have to drive up to it like a repairshop, click buy, provided you have the cash and you have a new garage ;) YW.

Look on the map and hover the mouse in the bottom-left corner where the legend of the map is to know where the garage is located in Birmingham.
