I have one of these that I haven't used for a while, since I bought an Isomac heavyweight espresso machine. I tried using what I'd learned about milk frothing, on the Maestria, and was amazed at how good a quality microfoam I was able to achieve. You must leave the sliding sleeve down, and position the nozzle just below the surface so that you only get the gentle hissing noise - not the loud bubbling like in this video. Perfect Cappucinos, Latte's and Flat Whites. :)
This model's stearmer is a failure. I tried so hard to make the perfect froth but it is just impossible. It will always make big bubbles due to bad steamer design.
@@maeishoj lol you are right. This guy just doesnt know how to steam correctly. Some people think that just by putting the steam wand into the milk will automatically give you microfoam lol

James Spader does Nespresso tutorials?
what kind of milk did you use? I heard 2% is the best..?
You said it takes a little of practice to get used for it.
I agree, you need more practice lol
He butchered that milk, this video was hard to watch
I had to stop watching, no control on steaming the milk :( ahhh!
The size of that is a bit shite, what if I wanted a cappuccino the same size as a Starbucks venti?
I was likely using whole milk in this demonstration. Ask three different people which milk is best and you'll get three different answers.
That is not how to steak nice silky milk, it will turn out bubbly

might not be that you (like the guy here) don't know how to make foam? xD
