The point is that we suddenly stop moving to interrupt the daily routine and make the moving people be suprised or whatever. But why we did it, is seeing the people´s reaction and oddity that arose.
Exactly: "whatever" puts it brilliantly... Think I generally don't get the point of most flashmobs... Mostly it looks like people jumping on the bandwagon of the idea to just get some attention cheap and get the feeling to be part of something meaningful... only without a purpose. Shame there wasn't a more creative idea than just stop moving
***** It was just the Idea to make a simple flashmob and have some fun. So I think it is ok to "just stop moving" Also is not for getting some attention, but made a project together and having some nice memories to the time in Taizé.

I was in Taizé that week but I totaly don't know anything about that flashmob.
We made the film in the week from 13.-20. April.
The Flashmob took place during lunch of the 19. April.
