- Hello ! Here is my second video. I present how I started my Eheim Classic 150, the medias I use and the inlet outlet stuff I added.
The medias I use are only my choices, feel free to put all the materials you wan't in your filtration.
I did this video for pleasure, there's no commercial interests on it.

U was doing so well u till the fine pad on top meaning bio media will clogg up n nitrates will go right up making ur filter work badly
I don‘t get the point of using 4 different biological filter media which are doing basically all the same -> providing enough surface area for beneficial bacteria. Using just one of the 4 would‘ve done exactly the same job.
Is your skimmer working with it? I bought an Oase Filtrosmart 60 and it is too weak for my skimmer.
That’s a really nice setup. I am planning something similar. But I am thinking of using just matrix and siporax. Let us know your experience with the glass pipes.
why do you use 4 different biological filter media? one was enough
How to prime? You’ve missed the most important part of setting up a canister filter!
May I know the size/diameter of the glass skimmer and spin pipe as well as the clear hose. Thanks

Filter tubes is 12/16 inlet and 9/12 outlet.
How did you start the eheim? Just suck the tube , connect it with the outflow and start the eheim?
Where did you buy your 14/10 reducer?
