For anyone wondering, the ray in the background is a porcupine ray (Urogymnus asperrimus) and the fish could be one of four species of sandperch (Parapercis hexophtalma, Parapercis pacifica, Parapercis queenslandica, and Parapercis xanthogramma) depending on location.
@LePyroshark oh hey, I found the full video. It's just a sand perch fish activated a motion-triggered camera. And I looked it up, stingrays don't eat sand perch. In fact, stingrays and sand perch have a mutual relationship. Sand perch follow stingrays around and eat whatever scraps they leave behind from hunting. Stingrays also let sand perch eat parasites off of them, it's very cute.
