Unscrew oil filter about 1-2 rotations. Let oil drain for about 30sec then slowly unscrew and take off. I just did this and had not 1 drop in the drip tray
Any tips on how to clean the oil pickup through the drain hole? Have just had new injectors and egr clean so want to get on top of it when I pick the car up
Accidentally pressed the wrong button on your reply spray, whatever degreaser you want in there with small brushes and clean it keep spraying to flush it out some people like to pour a couple of liters of engine oil through to flush it out

Do a vid on oil drain devices that don't require removal of a plug and may clear the cross member. You might miss checking the pump strainer.
