All my childhood we've went through trauma of strikes, rangers curfews, door to door checking and taking out adult males of the house at random. Gruesome photos of the "terrorist" killed last night in the daily newspapers. We lived in an area which was just beside Pakhtoon majority. We have seen the terror of Mahajir Pathan clashes in early 90s and then in around 2011 during PPP regime. It almost seems a miracle that we made out of it in single piece Alhamdulillah.
