I don’t know all the details regarding the family in this case.
But when I read some articles and saw some video from the news there was only two things that came to my mind. As a parent and as a person who cares about future generations.
1) Why wasn’t she , a 13 yr old, a minor , reported missing immediately when she didn’t return home from school ?
2) Jarvis Butts shouldn’t have ever been able to walk the streets freely as a man who deemed to be a
“ serial child predator,” back in the early to mid 2000’s .
What was he doing walking the streets without a monitor with a GPS on it?
If they were to catch a serial killer would they allow him back out to Rome the streets.
