पहलगाम भारत के जम्मू और कश्मीर केंद्र शासित प्रदेश के अनन्तनाग ज़िले में स्थित एक नगर और अधिसूचित क्षेत्र है। यह इसी नाम की तहसील का मुख्यालय भी है, और अनंतनाग से 45 किमी दूर लिद्दर नदी के किनारे बसा हुआ है। पहलगाम एक लोकप्रिय पर्यटन स्थल और पर्वतीय स्थल है। साथ ही अमरनाथ यात्रा का एक महत्वपूर्ण पड़ाव भी है। विश्वभर से हज़ारों पर्यटक प्रति वर्ष यहाँ आते हैं।
प्रसिद्ध स्थल बैसरन को मिनी स्विटजरलैंड के नाम से जाना जाता है। यहाँ की सबसे खास बात यह है कि यहाँ टट्टू की सवारी के किराए को दर्शाने वाला बोर्ड लगा हुआ है। यह ट्रेक 7.5 किलोमीटर लंबा है, कुल 15 किलोमीटर ऊपर और नीचे का ट्रेक। टट्टू की सवारी से ऊपर जाने में आपको लगभग 1 घंटा लगेगा और नीचे आने में 25-30 मिनट लगेंगे। अगर आप पैदल जा रहे हैं, तो आपको ऊपर जाने में 1.5 घंटे और नीचे आने में लगभग 45 मिनट लग सकते हैं। बैसरन घाटी से पहलगाम तक कोई सड़क संपर्क नहीं है। इसलिए आप ट्रेक करके जा सकते हैं और आपको एक टट्टू किराये पर लेना होगा।
पहलगाम में स्थित बेताब घाटी , भारतीय राज्य जम्मू और कश्मीर में एक सुरम्य स्थल है। बेताब घाटी को तब प्रसिद्धि मिली जब 1983 में सनी देओल और अमृता सिंह अभिनीत फिल्म बेताब की शूटिंग यहाँ हुई। इस प्रकार, इस घाटी का नाम हिट फिल्म के नाम पर रखा गया। यह घाटी प्रसिद्ध अमरनाथ मंदिर यात्रा के रास्ते में पड़ती है और पहलगाम की तीन आश्चर्यजनक घाटियों में से एक है, अन्य दो चंदनवाड़ी और अरु हैं।

Pahalgam is a town and a notified area in Anantnag district of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, India. It is also the headquarters of the tehsil of the same name, and is situated on the banks of the Lidder River, 45 km from Anantnag. Pahalgam is a popular tourist destination and hill station. It is also an important stop on the Amarnath Yatra. Thousands of tourists from all over the world come here every year.
The famous place Baisaran is known as Mini Switzerland. The most special thing here is that there is a board showing the fare for pony rides. This trek is 7.5 km long, a total of 15 km trek up and down. It will take you about 1 hour to go up by pony ride and 25-30 minutes to come down. If you are going on foot, it may take you 1.5 hours to go up and about 45 minutes to come down. There is no road connectivity from Baisaran Valley to Pahalgam. So you can go by trekking and you have to hire a pony.
Betaab Valley, located in Pahalgam, is a picturesque destination in the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir. Betaab Valley gained fame when the movie Betaab starring Sunny Deol and Amrita Singh was shot here in 1983. Thus, the valley was named after the hit movie. The valley falls on the way to the famous Amarnath temple yatra and is one of the three stunning valleys in Pahalgam, the other two being Chandanwari and Aru.
