My buddy has been doing that with his avocados and cottage cheese for a good while. Turned me onto it last year it is awesome. I normally love cottage cheese and don’t like avo but this is a game changer.
I’ve been eating this every morning now. I even use that spread on top of my egg whites it’s delicious and keeps me full for a while. Helps on a calorie deficit!
I have been eating this same exact thing for breakfast for months now. Only difference is, I put the cottage cheese in with the eggs and scramble it up. Just 2 pieces of Ezekiel bread, 2 scrambled eggs with cottage cheese mixed in, and half an avocado. So damn delicious and healthy!
6 eggs 1lb of chicken 2 sweet potatoes and a steak for dinner and WATER a day. Days you eat a 1lb of beed instead of chicken eat 3 eggs instead of 6. You will get healthy and lean if you eat close to this. Especially if your an average size guy. Go for a jog 2 times a week and barbell lift.
It's better to use a wooden or rubber spatula in a non stick pan but I really like that he pointed out to not scrape the pan with the fork. It's the little things 👌
Do you always do it this way (cold eggs into cold pan) or was this just for the video? As a daily cook, one of the biggest thing I’ve learned is that pans have to be hot before adding stuff to prevent sticking. Another thing, if using oil or butter, always heat pan first, you aren’t trying to cook the oil. Just a thing I learned that stuck with me. But yeah, if I heat eggs in a cold pan, they glue to it damn near.
Im aldo pretty shredded, i think once u shredded and u habe the oppurtunity to train every single day especially like u said u did ur morning cardio. Its doesnt really matter what u eat for breakfast ur cardio already did the work to stay shredded. Maybe ur breakfast is interesting for somebody who is overweight. But i like the fact u show this to help people.

Why not steam three kinds of oats with some flax seeds and a dollop of maple syrup or sugar-free jam in the middle? Steam an everything bagel and add hummus. Mix 1/2 whole milk with 1/2 Edensoy soymilk. A side of miso soup with some smoked vegan chorizo. The entire meal steams while you split oak. Energy efficient. Massively digestible. Wide spectrum protein. 10/10
What's the thing with avocado toast and Americans? Avocado has zero flavor. Zero. Guacamole is okay with chips. But so many better tasting fat sources that are still "healthy". Rather eat butter on bread with some salt tastes 10x better.
