Ingredients:
FOR MIXING GROUNDNUT PASTE:
250g of creamy Peanut butter
3 fresh tomatoes
1 tbsp of chili powder
FOR STEAMING CHICKEN
chopped full chicken
1 onion
1/4 tuber of ginger
1-2 tsps of salt
1 maggi seasoning cube
some water
FOR MAKING GROUNDNUT SOUP:
steamed Chicken
steamed cow leg meat
mashed peanut butter
1 onion
5 dried fish (Akom)
some water
add cooked okro
FOR SERVING
Potato flaked fufu
