From across the earth---I'm currently in Asia teach in an international school and I watch your videos EVERYTIME it comes out. Your videos makes me so happy because I recognize all the difficulties with planning as a teacher. there's like a million things to write down. Literally there's so much similarities I have to shoot for 3-4 exercises a day as well and I try to get my cardio going and I try to plan for all my classes......... Thank you for posting!
