Fantastic video lads! Loving the content u guys have been putting out. One thing that I have realised (given that I have no grappling background) is the folkstyle wrestlers specialise in wrist rides and while it doesnt make for a very interesting fight it is an astonishingly effective and suffocating fighting style. Do you think that a lot of these wrestlers from a folkstyle background are unable to finish fights because they prefer riding their opponents out and drowning them with their superior conditioning as opposed to jiu jitsu guys who are willing to take less dominant positions (or dominant positions with higher risks) in order to get the finish?

There's not really a "finish" in wrestling. Maybe a tech fall. But bjj has the goal of finishing with a sub. Wrestlers are happy to score points and stay in control as long as it takes to win.
      Thanks for watching!

@@NZ77-rf9qj A technical fall in wrestling is a victory condition that occurs when a wrestler outscores their opponent by a significant margin. It's essentially a mercy rule, designed to end matches where one wrestler is clearly dominating.
