My tip if your ever stuck drawing. Try doing the opposite of what makes your art style. Do you use heavy line art? Go without it. Do you like to do cell shading? Try doing soft shading. Being able to use different art styles can help show you what abilities you have.
This is true. I always made my lineart as perfect as possible before coloring, but when I just colored over my rough sketch it ended up being one of my best digital drawings. I was shocked because I thought lineart was "my thing"
I don't know if it helps, but every time I draw in Ibis paint, I usually sketch my own drawing on a sheet of paper and take a photo, and then I import the photo into Ibis paint, And I make a Line art of my drawing, and it generally helps a lot, plus, I can fix things I didn't like in the drawing and make the drawing better in the app. I discovered Ibis paint in 2020 and I've been using it for almost 4 years! I can say that my drawing has improved a lot over the years,And Ibis paint helped me in this process. ❤

I wear wrist weights (5kg) at times when drawing and painting in order to improve my speed and efficiency. I am training to become ambidextrous as well to be able to sketch and blend colors faster and it helps with that too. Keep up the good work, Ibispaint Team!
Animation is the best ✨./ Right. Drawing a complete figure enables you to understand the mechanics of the body and makes it easier for you to understand the positions.
This has already been requested before, but add folders to the gallery! I adore ibis paint and I use it every day, but everything is just so cluttered in my gallery that it actually discourages me to draw sometimes A lot of apps already have this feature and it is super helpful! It will make ibis paint so much better!
I am begging you to add a folder feature. Being able to organize is important to a lot of artists and a lot of different art programs already have this feature!! My gallery feels chaotic and i cant find anything quickly :( please consider adding a folder feature in the future!!! >3< i use ur app almost daily❤❤

I feel like trading is fine, as long as you don't try to claim that you didn't trace it. I think it's okay to do, and it can sometimes really help you improve if you do things right. Although. if you do trace, it may be better to not post it. But if you really must, just give proper credit. And, if you can, reach out to the original artist first to make sure they're OK with you posting it. Other than that, just don't make a habit of it, otherwise you'll begin to rely on tracing, which nobody wants... Just don't do it too much and don't claim it's yours, and you'll be fine.
I didnt know it was a Japanese product. No wonder it is so usable, efficient and fun to use. You Japanese actually give a damn about... Well, everything. 😊 👍
I think they should update or add the option to stabilize or make the shape of the circle and line automatically if you leave it pressed after doing it like in the infinity painter application, since this is the only application that lacks that option and I ask for it because it is It is my favorite and the one I use the most, I used several [infinity painter, concepts, sketchbook, among others, but this is the best of all]
They are in the app though. There's the cube/square greeds, but they work a bit weird, you can achieve a normal perspective grid by making a straight parallel line tool, turning it sideways where you want the horizon line to be, then making however many vanishing points based on the horizon line. Also, while trying to remember the name of the term a vanishing point I found out you can make a cube and then put vanishing points atop it to fit the perspective of the cube (which may or may not be an object on your sketch) It's all already there, you just got to get creative a little
where can i find people that would correct my illustrations? I'm always trying to improve, i try on instagram, but i think it would be nicer on other place... 😅 If someone know i really like to know too! i would appreciate it very much
If y'all have Discord, I'm pretty sure there'll be some servers that you may find cool to learn. Also, if you follow any artist on tiktok or RUclips, you may search for their servers or so. I do have a server but I have to ask for permission, plus I don't want to spam
Honestly I like more the left side than the right, It looks more anime style, and the right side looks more realistic but not as prettier as the left side
Please add some more features in animation programme. this animation fratures just basic..... Need more options.... Like audio input.... And try to change this layer system... Please . Actually, "Eyebis Painto" is not what they're saying. That is "アイビスペイント" or, "Aibisupeinto". And I believe this is Mina-san (みなーさん) rather than Minna-san, (みんなーさん) but you could be right. Yes, Kawaii (かわいい) is the Japanese word for "cute"! You're almost right about this, but it is actually Arigatou gozaimasu, with a Z instead of an S. (ありがとうございます) "Aneemayshun" is not a Japanese word. That is actually アニメ (anime) or アニメーション (animēshon). Happy I could help.

I agree.. its a shame the dark mode and light mode settings only change the pop-up tools, and not the actual background behind the canvas, while being able to change the background color is premium exclusive and you have to pay (◞ ‸ ◟ㆀ)
hi! are you using a device or pen that supports pressure sensitivity? I use an samsung phone to draw sometimes, and it doesn't support pressure sensitivity without a pen. and if your using an iPad, you need an apple pencil to use pressure sensitivity... hopefully you figure out the problem !

I think oil thick brush is needed which will help in giving texture.

Day 1 of requesting perspective grids to be added in ibispaint, literally the onky thung holding me back from using the app even more often

The pressure sensitivity isn't working for me. It stays off when it says it's enabled. My face is off and it still doesn't work.. Help
