Back when I was a fledgling hunter I did a stint of dual blades. Fast, good for status, good for agile repositioning and with the right armor can make its the demon modes have no stamina drain for a while, which is a handy tip because I really can't afford to sustain a dash juice habit any longer. Would reccomend for people who wish to forget reason and love the speed and rush of shanking and slashing a monster so much your more likely to kill it with blood loss than anything else.
It's quite old so I wouldn't have the exact build. Go for level 3 constitution, crit skills and stamina surge if you can fit it in. Wirebug whisperer isn't that important because the moves have short cooldowns. Hope this helps.
