You should put the buttons on the back of the steering wheel exactly where you have your hands. I could imagine this way it is a lot easier to indicate in a roundabout. Actually that's what I am planning to do with my Highland 3. Could you do a video placing the buttons on the spot that I just mentioned to see row it works?
Great video and respect, I want to ask you if you update your screen mount so it moves around? If you did that, is it true that warranty will be void? Please let me know in the comments or make another great video! Thank you!!!
The new Model S has the rotating screen built in! So this is OEM in the video. If you get it aftermarket, it shouldn't void the warranty. Just have to be comfortable taking apart your screen.
@@tesbros do you think I should get the one that goes left and right, or just get one which can be moved left right up and down? Please let me know! Respect your opinion!!!
Great video and nice car. We bought the Model Y RWD as the Model S here in Denmark costs as much as a small house :-) (about 175.000 usd for the basic white)
Well it's not a complete fix. You can just press the button instead of applying force to the steering wheel. It's called "Autopilot Hands-on" in the button functions
4:36 - Don't put ANYTHING thin right there. Like a credit card for example. You may never see it again without removing the center console. 6:14 - There is a BUG with opening the glove box. If you have a PIN on your glovebox, it will open without the PIN when you press the button. The one thing I REALLY want is to raise the suspension. They keep claiming that is coming but 6 months after getting the buttons, not yet.
Model X and S Teslas with the stupid horn touch sensitive faux hard to find when you really need it fake tiny imaginary button instead of the common sense center cushion absolutely need the S3XY buttons. I hate the fuck that I paid so much money for a car where I need to search for a horn button 3 seconds AFTER I fucking needed to honk the horn. So fucking stupid. The S3XY button only delays the horn by .03 secs, which is almost enough to avoid a car accident, but not still not enough. I hate Tesla so much. But, I love Elon. This is a true love HATE relationship.

Had it like this for a while! It works well here. Easy to reach if the wheel is straight.
@@tesbros it's always easy to reach this way because you always know exactly where the button is at all times.
