Per example computers process data, which is digitally stored as 1s and 0s, but both of those states exist and are truth, regardless of their opposing nature. The same thing goes for magnets per example, which have two poles. Reality is full of contradictions that ultimately balance each other out.
I really liked this quote from Niels Bohr: "The opposite of a fact is a falsehood, but the opposite of one profound truth may very well be another profound truth."
Anyway, I'm not trying to come across as arrogant, or pretend to be smart, you're free to believe what ever you want to, but I who have been an atheist for the most of my life, have found that God not only exists, but God is the ultimate reality, reality in its highest form.

@@theparijat1000 There were many factors, but for me the most convincing one was that I have done things I never thought I was going to accomplish. I actually had a terrible impostor syndrome and often considered my intelligence as inferior to others'. But through hard work and dedication I have achieved things I was dreaming of, which ultimately gave me the confidence to challenge myself even more.The results of it were overwhelming and I knew it was impossible that it all emerged from this reality. I think life is mostly suffering, but if you embrace your suffering and handle it right, you might find meaning which consequently creates happiness.

There’s no point in searching for what’s out there as out there is nothing to chase for like that light phenomenon, even if we did find the very edge of the universe we wouldn’t have a clue what it is and how to explain it as the main thing is already within us, we are the wonder of the universe in fact we are the universe studying itself. We are the centre of it the reason why out there exists at all. It exists for us, so that we would be able to enjoy lives. It’s like if a GTA5 character would spend the entire game understanding how the processor and the graphics card works that started the game going instead of enjoying the game itself. All that complexity was all made up for that character to exist.
In a million years from now people will find the answer to find out that all those years of searching were in vain... hoping to find something that we won’t understand anyways as to us it wouldn’t mean anything as much as a motherboard with a processor that started the game wouldn’t mean anything to the GTA character.
Life is a paradox within itself. We exist because what’s out there exists due to us existing etc.

THIS IS EXACTLY HOW MY FIRST MUSHROOM TRIP WENT. Not ever joking guys. It was so comparable to this video that I’m kind of getting creeped out. I was home alone and took them by myself. After throwing up and drifting in and out of consciousness I decided to lay in bed and let my mind go blank. The first thing in this vision or trance thing that happened was seeing hundreds of math equations solving themselves (almost like consciousness was decoding itself in front of me.) I started having crazy visions explaining the reason for everything (like war and death). Because I was seeing all of this I came to the conclusion that I was dead (I thought maybe the mushrooms I took killed me and that they were poisonous) then pretty soon I saw my body go from young adult, to kid, to infant, to fetus then I was absolutely nothing. It didn’t even stop there because nothing just kept expanding into even more nothing. I ended up coming to the conclusion that I was actually God in the end of it all and that sent me in to a spiral into sadness. Almost like a depressing state of limbo. Being at the end of it all was like being everything and nothing at the same time. My human mind could not process it as it was an area outside space, time, and matter. When I started to sober up I realized that was still alive and on earth. This realization brought me pure joy because I felt I was given a second chance at life. I texted my best friend and told him that “I touched the edge of the god damn universe” and “experienced what true infinity felt like.” The fact that this video pointed out all of this is almost frightening to me.
You basically had an awakening to your origin. Do you find it easy to source out the root of a problem and find a solution that satisfies everyone? I had the God realization on three tabs of LSD. I went back and forth in time and was shown how there was a simple way to view all the contents and how they want to operate. There is a natural order and we have been given free will to have the opportunity to disobey the order of nature. Once we all discover that we are much more than just some poor soul stuck in cycles of repeated oppression. We need to know that we have the truth and the conviction to hold those truths for all eternity

When you think about his answer it really makes you think. He wanted everyone to have the hope he did and get it cut off short by the true answer. When he found the wall he realized the hope he had all along was the thing he was looking for he wanted people to have that too. So here's what I got from the video.
Simon in his search of meaning, has travelled to the stars and back for something he was missing. As the video said, what he was missing, was hope. Hope that something would always be there to give him, and the people around him the HOPE that would fill the bottomless void and the neverending curiousity of the human mind. Hope that there HAD to be something more than just the universe and a lonely, uniquely structured species of life on a lifeless rock. Hope that everything might one day be explained and yet it never was. What he found was nothing, but the realization that his life was but any other around him. He might have been special but he's still what everyone is; a puny human, in search of meaning.
In a way, Simon could be any of us who's watching this video. We are all unique in some way and we all think differently. What connects us, is that everlasting thirst for knowledge and the curiousity that hungers for an answer.
What really is the meaning of life?
It's what you make of it. You're journey, in this world, no matter how grand or miniature, is the meaning of your existence. You may find the cure to cancer one day, you may die without anyone knowing you existed. But the path you chose, the choices you made, everything you've done has it's purpose. You've made a difference, either way. We may not know what comes after death, but as a human, it makes you enjoy your being here, that much more.
Our time in this universe might be short. And one day, maybe another civilization would do our name good. Maybe not. Till then, we should all appreciate the life that we have, and help others see that way as well. It's a big world out there, and WE are all we have in the grand scale of this mysterious universe. For now, at least.
