I think instead of amped, you should use toughness. If you read what amped does you'll see it excludes melee swaps, so if you wanna switch from your melee to gun faster, use fast switch that can be equipped in your gun attachments.
@SAM33983 when i use it personally ive never felt it go faster and when i read the description i just stopped using it but if what u said is true i might start using it again
