The Fed has 2 tools in the tool box.
1. Remove the 8.2 trillion dollars from the balance . That is taking only about 65 billion a month and at that rate it will take 10 yrs to stop inflation.
2. Raise rates. Will work faster than removing the 8.2 trillion dollars on the Fed balance sheet.😁
