I remember seeing this performance of Jimins for the first time ( if I remember right it was just a clip of his performance not the entire show) It literally left me breathless! MMA 2019 BTS stage Behind story: Overall Planning: 3 months Stage production: 270people Performers: >170people Hair &make-up: 30people Costumes: 218 sets Remixing the songs for member’s performance: 1 month Specially they hire expert to make JK’s water tank I really respect that although some solo performances are pre-recorded all the members still go on stage to perform it live for the audience while at the same time, the pre-recorded performance was running on the big screen for the audience and on TV. I think the biggest reason for the pre-recorded is to make outfits changing time for the members more efficient? and also to minimize mistakes during live. Less stressful and pressure for the members too. But yeah daym kudos to jimin for performing all that live which leave no room for mistakes! It was a legendary performance I remembered that I cried lol again for the other members they all did amazing too bcs they still go on stage to perform even the light was not turn on, the work ethics is crazy! They literally performed for 40 minutes straight! I heard they all dropped and pass out after the performances. The staffs had to carry them.. It’s impossible to not love bts. They invested so much money for this performances not for them, but for the fans 🥹 to give back!
NOTE. Jin didn't go from this first solo performance to his first solo album. He performed many solo performances after this and before the military to build up his confidence with solo work. He famously performed some songs he wrote. "Ephinany." "Moon." "Abyss." And others. Also, he performed songs with just the vocal line and was assigned solo parts to sing in their songs. Check out my favorite, "House of Cards." Live Performance. I fell in love with Jin's voice with him singing just two words. "No way. No way." Jin didn't do a solo album before he left for the military because he lacked confidence. It was because he was the first to leave and only had time to create and perform and perfect one song and MV, "The Astronaut." We knew Jin would come back and kill it with his first solo album and solo performances. And solo PR work! Check this out. It's a promotional show he did that wasn't widely advertised. MMA 2019 is epic and special in it's own way but for me MMA 2018 will always reign supreme...I love it so much. It's nothing like 2019 visually, but I wonder if Hobi meant that it was similiar in that he also had a solo stage. I won't give more details than that, but get ready...the energy was incredible and your ARMY career is not complete without it, it's a MUST!!!
The boys Lived to get to go home early. You have to realize they never got any days off. No weekends off. No holidays off. Except Christmas off 2 times in 10 years. They did Not always want to hang together. They were with each other 24 x 7. They very rarely had alone time. Privacy time. Human being time. In fact, when Jin disclosed on that award show they almost disbanded was because Big Hit worked them "to death." They were exhaused. Brain dead. Thoroughly burned out. They didnt care about the money or fame. It wasn't worth that to them. It affected V the worst. Have you not seen V on "Suchwita" yet? V explained in depth how much it almost destroyed him. Why did they all decide to Not disband? It was because they Loved their fans, Army. They knew they had helped change so many lives for the better through their music and Love Yourself campaign. They decided to sacrifice their lives to keep healing Army!
I completely agree with you Peachy!! My ultimate bias is Jimin and Suga is my full on wrecker… but they ALL legit wreck me. They all have such amazing, different personalities, talents and styles, and they are all incredible, gorgeous men. How could you not love them all?? 💜💜💜

From what I understand, some of the longer performances, many groups will pre record certain parts so they can change and set up the stage. However, despite that, the home audience will see the pre record on tv but some artists will still perform along the recording live as the video plays for the audience. I believe that’s what RM did for persona. Jimin was 100% live which is amazing. And his outfit was also made in the old style with only ties and no metal or zippers 💜💜💜
This stage was just so legendary and when the workshop begin BTS was just winning every award little had time to set and yet they are winning another award they were so tired of standing I am sitting again and again the army was so funny in the comment section saying that they should have put in BTS on the stage so they don't have to travel All The Way every 5 minute
Original dance line members are complete perfectionists. It’s something kind of ingrained in dancers so Hobi and Jimin came in with it and I think JK picked it up from working with them so much. They’re ridiculous because no one would know anything was amiss unless they said something.

If you read the subtitles in this episode it says that they are pre-recording when they did, like when you watched the Mikrokosmos just before and it said so when this part of RM started that it was time for his pre-recording. 16:56 Sometime they wait for each other but often if they can they go home and rest or have other work. BTS usually do group shoots or on locations further away so it's often they leave together.
