I have a question! a bondholder of a SPV in case of default can go after the mortgage loans (collateral)! But in CMO the bondholders of the CMO cant go after the mortgage loans and only against securities, Im right? Thanks in advance!

5:31 u said LTV is 0.8
That's incorrect because it's LOAN to PROPERTY VALUE, not the other way around. So it should be 100/80 = 1.25
Correct me if i'm wrong plz. Thanks!
