Orks already get bigger stronger by fighting and winning over time, who knows what one subjected to the ultimatrix simulation might become. Probably something along the lines of Tuska Daemon-Killa, or even a krork. Tyranids are also already sort of the pinnacle of evolution, so an ultimate form would depend on what specific biofirm Ben copies. Since the alien has to have close to human-level intelligence, Ben would need to copy a hive tyrant, which might end up with something along the lines of the Swarmlord, though more adapted to combat than grand strategy.

I can make a guess of ultimate tyranid, firstly though, it wouldn't be a tyranids as we see in 40k but a nearly human version, but unlike a gene stealer it would still be fully tyranid, except the lack of a hive mind, the ultimates form would be similar of that too a swarm lord but much bigger and almost human, in the uncanny way, but the abilities of the ultimate would be, lesser than others, probably faster self adaptation and regeneration, however probably wouldnt be able too speak properly similar too how goop and pesky dust speaks, and the trade offs for this form, isnt something physical but mental, an ultimate tyranid would be much hungrier and far more violent, ben would likely use this form as a nuke, no option left death is inevitable, time for the tyranid, but it could also be drastically different, this is going off of my knowledge of ben 10 and tyranids.
I kinda wonder what benefits the other Warhammer 40k species would get from a Ultimate form because the Ultimate Aliens are suppose to be from worst case scenerios but this is Warhammer 40k we are talking about which is pretty much a worst case scenerio everyday in universe
