As the video explains, the resort is divided into 2 sections - Royalton St Lucia and Hideaway Royalton St. Lucia. The Hideaway is the adults-only section, which has its own pool, bar, and the resort's only adults-only restaurant. The Hideway encompasses the two buildings shown in the video's thumbnail photo. Although many people/websites have since stolen this photo from our website, we actually snapped it from the balcony of our suite in the Chairman's Building, which is located directly across the property, and also on the waterfront. The remainder of the resort is family-friendly with several buildings that form a semi-circle on the property, starting beside the Chairman's Buildings and circling around toward The Hideaway section. All buildings look identical, and all rooms and suites throughout the resort, regardless of their location, are basically the same.
The Royalton St Lucia and Royalton Hideaway (which is the adults-only section) are located on the very same property, separated only by the large poolscape. Rooms in both sections of the resort are surprisingly similar, so the upgrade to the Hideway mainly affects the resort amenities that can be accessed. Guests of the Hideaway have access to 'everything' on the property. Guests of the Royalton St Lucia (and the Chairman's Building) have access to everything except the adults-only pool and hot tub, the private poolside bar, and Dorado (the seafood restaurant) located at the Hideway.
