You should add a shear pin or something to protect your steering if the remote button sticks. One of the manufactured ones I seen had a 3D printed plastic coupler so if there was an issue it stripped out.
Love your work, mod guys be careful a mod turns much harder than a rack and it takes almost everything the winch has to turn the steering shaft. I wouldn't hook it to the windshield rock guard it will bend it all to hell.
U definitely helping tons of lower budget racers
That's def the purpose people overlook the little guys thats scraping by to go race. I really appreciate you checking out my channel
Awesome, had a winch with a bad clutch and now have a steering buddy for the modified.
Heck yea buddy, not much to building one and they dang sure come in handy. Thanks for watching
I thoroughly enjoyed the $hit out of this! Subbed.

That's a good idea may start doing that on the future ones I build. Thanks for watching
I have to keep this one in mind. I have a 78 Z28 drag car and that would be great to have steering into the enclosed trailer. Great idea!!
Def worth making one makes life so much easier. And I bet that is one badass ride buddy
