electric terrain boost is only 30% in the recent gen (don't know if in pokerogue is still 50%). Also electric moves from rotom don't get boosted by terrain since it is not grounded (bc of levitate), only the rising voltage boost itself applies bc it requires the opponent to be grounded
You say that rotom was the carry this run, but toxicroak was the clutch up mon constantly. Was the only mon you could reliably swap into grass types without fearing them counter swapping (like with staraptor) because of ice punch. Was one of the few mons you had that had a super effective move against both etern and mega ray.
Interestingly, because Rotom is not grounded, it will not receive a damage boost from Electric Terrain. It will, however, still receive a boost from Hadron Engine because for some reason the ability does not care about being grounded. I guess this makes sense canonically because the only Pokémon with Hadron Engine is capable of flight. Rising Voltage, on the other hand, cares about whether the target is grounded on Electric Terrain, making it not an especially good move against Rayquaza. Rising Voltage from Hadron Engine Levitate Rotom (ungrounded) against Rayquaza (ungrounded) is basically the same power as STAB Thunderbolt on normal terrain. In fact, if it’s against Mega Rayquaza, Delta Stream means the move is resisted, too. 😱 (I’m not totally convinced Delta Stream functions correctly in Pokerogue, though.)
@@aerocritical3376 protean/libero is good, but not the subject of the comment. Protein is a vitamin that boosts whatever mons physical attack by 10%. Try out kricketune. Egg move population bomb combines with technician and sharpness to be a 400 base power move after you get 2 wide lenses. And bonemerang with technician takes care of rock and steel type. Fell stinger is 100 base power after STAB and technician and gives a +3 attack if you kill with it.

Why does rotom still have a broken ability? So many cool ones were taken away and manectric has an straight up worse ability in eletric surge. Losing kinda perfect ability synergy like with groundon losing protosynthesis just feels bad
Imagine absolutely destroying a 65ft tall dragon alien with a washing machine lmao
Eternatus being all washed up, literally
Not only in isekai i guess...

this thing hits harder than neutral dmg eq on resists 😭
I did something similar in Endless fusing G-Max Pikachu (Rising Voltage, Electric Terrain) and Regieleki who has Transistor

Isn't protein for physical hadron and rotom are special attackers.
The item Protein
Protean is the ability

I love that this game uses mystery dungeon soundtracks, easily my favorite game
Love the Pokemon TCG song at the start
terrain doesnt affect pokemon if you have levitate. did they change that in pokerogue
When you were fighting slacking with your Garchomp, you could’ve used dig to avoid all of his attacks
"It's immediately gonna go into Rayquaza" why would it, the washing machine is a water type, and meganium is tera grass, it has no reason whatsoever to change
bold of you to assume this man isn't a complete moron
it called my bluff
Electric terrain doesn't work with levitate tho?
It says in the description "if the target is in electric terrain". Rotom doesn't have to be in the terrain itself
Clair twice is kinda crazy
0:47 omg I have the same exact crogunk, I always use him because he is a blue shiny😅

Found a shiny hidden ability tapu bulu as this video ended, appreciate you sharing the luck (:
I first started with Giratina and Shiny Burmy for luck but Aaron gave me a hard time and i wasn't confident against Bertha so i started a new run but this time with Riolu, Chimchar and Gible
But rotom should be immune to terrain effects due to levitate
YAY more pokerogue!!
Levitate makes you unaffected by the terrain you set.
At least in the normal game, so you should not get any buff from it
You should do an all defense team, because as the saying goes "defense wins championships"
You do know you can disable text dialogue through the menu right? (Only the ones you have seen before). I also disabled the level up notifications btw.
Wait, if rotom has levitate, doesnt that prevent the terrain from working

How'd you make it show the dmg multiplier in the game?
Skoot please do a run with only using staus effects like poison, salt lick, leech seed, etc love yah man keep it up
I just finished a GEN 7 only run today with a Celestelia carry
wait, I though that version of rotom isn't even implemented yet 😂
stored power victory dance lunala blessed me today easiest run ive ever done
OK how High is the chance that Gen 5 is Cincchino Skill Link Spam
Rotom only run? (I mean using only rotom forms)
When will there be more non pokerogue content?
dungeons and degenerate gamblers comes out very soon 👀

How is rotom's ability broken?
It's the same thing as electric surge for him
@@Night_Sky-u3p it gains an sp atk boost in addition to setting terrain
@@Jp63a but why though?
Sorry not why, how?
