You didn't do any sanding, or de-glossing, in your prep work. How is the adhesion of the paint holding up?

I did apply second coat of Primer, the paint holding up very well

Try to clean up paint that you have dropped accidentally - it is almost impossible to come up. Personally I will run sandpaper over my floor first just for my own peace of mind.
