Manningtree Station (16/03/22)

The main purpose of the day was to see the East Anglian Intercity Charter Train powered by 87 002 (Royal Sovereign). It was a great sight seeing the Class 87 with the Intercity Mk3 coaches plus DVT 82 139 pass through en route from Crewe to Norwich. It was a reminder of how things used to be for Norwich - London Intercity services.
Other bonuses included some intermodal trains and three of them had two Freightliner Class 90's on the front. Dark blue 321 903 also made an appearance coupled with renatus unit 321 312. I hope you enjoyed watching this video.
