Box palletizing of fresh meat, Tican Thisted

This video shows a fully automatic palletizing system of cardboard boxes at Tican Fresh Meat A/S in Thisted, one of the biggest slaughterhouses in Denmark.
The system consists of 3 palletizing lines with each an MPL 100-II Yaskawa robot, and is designed to handle 96 pallets per hour, or 2400 boxes per hour, freezer spacers included. The packed cardboard boxes vary in sizes up to 35 kg, and on a general level, the palletizing system is designed to handle up to 8 different box sizes.
