They have narrow expectations that cant deviate. In essense, the popular vote if he uses that as wrong influence then the voting block separates into no longer the size of one big popular vote.
So, the popular vote signaled that they are given power but little do they know that it only means -the power to only do the campaign promises. In other words, the selling to the Republicans that they have a mandate- another way of them walking right into agreeing on being held extra accountable if they deviate from what is presidential probation for the first 100 days.

You'll have support and if anything once Trump is in office he is the federal govt. There will be no lawsuits or first admendment violations without an negative effect for them. However, people we mustered to give you the win is allowing you and Musk. Without these voters none of you will be up there. I consider that win a privilege. The underlying movement always requires a involutary dissent voice and from there you fix things through more than one or two elections. Once Trump is long gone we still have to follow through.
