I checked on the official website, the number of employees working for adani group are just 23,000+. Unlike the other gaint companies that lays off due to mass recruitment and cost cutting.
Point is good.., his companies don't hire people just like that. You also need to check the average salary of the employee in his companies..
The employees are fine.., shareholders got screwed ..
All said & done.., no official scrutiny on what really happened..
@@byte-master Adani Group is primarily focused on infra and commodity-based industries, whereas many other companies where lay-offs happening are service-based, and their employee base is 4-5lakhs. Adani group no.of employees not even 10% of other companies where lay-offs happen. comparing apples with mangoes. and the highlight is bisbo giving the reply "Good point. We should have covered it". I think bisbo also stopped thinking with a logical brain.
That is because other companies such as TCS has 9L+ job creation
And Adani has 22 k. He doesn't need much employees as his prime employee is in his pocket.
Adani was a bubble in the making. We are fortunate he was cut down to size. Much of his business is hard infra which is sound, so hopefully the group grows more sustainably from here on.

He built largest port of India. It took 30 years. Entire export industry of Rajasthan, Haryana, UP, Himachal is dependent on his port. There is no one in India who can match his expertise in Shipping port construction.

Appreciate your comment Vivek. We did highlight all Hindenburgs allegations but felt we also had to pay tribute to his business skills. It’s easy to get favours, another thing to implement large projects on time and within costs.
@@BisboWorld Well, I agree and appreciate the highlight of Hindenburg allegations, however using terms like "Tribute to his business skills" especially the term "Tribute" really makes me point out that there was a bias towards a personality, which could have skewed the content and I feel it did. Please focus more on the allegations, arguments and counter arguments with data and evidence , not personalities as it is highly subjective and could dilute the good and 'perceived neutral' content work bisbo is doing.

so basically, he took loans, sent it abroad to companies that were his own but no one knew that they were his and then reinvested that money back into his company which increased the value of his company and took more loans from banks.
Okay. But the loans will be against a specific purpose like Australian coal mine project. So SBI would have still performed if not full due diligence, at least 50 - 75%, right? The market cap is only 1 way to look at that, the asset pricing is also another way and a better one that the banks would have definitely considered.
Point is Adani is a manipulator who has become big with blessings of big brother … obviously he was going to survive 😂

Ofcourse we should highlight the defects of the operating of our Indian companies like Adani, Reliance, Tatas, L& T but we should also highlight the same of the foreign companies like Amazon. Case in point is the way Amazon destroyed the Futures group by not allowing them to sell their loss-making companies by simply investing a 9% in their parent company and having a clause that their permission should be taken for the sale.

I think it is also that 1 Adani group company is invested in another for getting initial loans and then once rhe new company 's project delivers the profits are distributed to the investing group company and that company then exits from this new one. It is like a startup investor. It is covered in Think school video.

It feels a bit manipulative to portray someone's corruption as "business genius". Nobody's claiming Adani to be a bad businessman yet. He's basically surviving through the storm just coz government wouldn't let him fail coz he's too big to fail. The company is still mulling taking Hindenburg to a court and defending itself.
Meanwhile, 150 Billion USD valuation from its companies has been shaved off (12,00,000 Crores!!! more than the total NPA written off by Government of India since 2014).
What does this tell you?
That the allegations made by Hindenburg are true.
That Modi and his agencies are hand in glove with Adani in this manipulation and that is why no agency has moved even an inch forward in investigating the scam.
That Adani is a crook and his account books are perhaps all cooked up.
That 'Entire' BJP is standing with this crook and by extension they are no less than crooks.
That the fall of Adani will probably kill BJP's funding and that it will then have to woo the other crony, Mukesh, to fund it and that won't come easy as Mukesh is a smarter cookie than school dropout Adani.
That Modi is deep into corruption.

@seven What nonsense? Hindenburg is an Israeli company. And yes it profits from short selling. Indeed Adani was overvalued and bought his own shares under shell companies’. USA conducts regular checks on companies to avoid such a situation after 2008 market crash. People could have lost all the money and Adani can possibly become the next Harshad Mehta to die behind bars since CBI, SEBI, ED all have started investigations on multiple cases of fraud against him.
