Before the Firecrackers have not been discovered, Taoist or Tao were using BAMBOO and burned it to creat a Loud Sounds. Bamboo has compressed air or pressured air inside of it and when it burns a Loud Sounds will come out that SCARES EVIL SPIRITS.
