महाराष्ट्र के नाशिक में 10 जनवरी 2023 से नई अग्निपथ योजना के तहत अग्निवीरों को प्रशिक्षण देना शुरू कर दिया गया है। अग्निपथ योजना के तहत प्रशिक्षण अग्निवीरों के लिए गहन परिदृश्य-आधारित व्यावहारिक प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करेगा और शारीरिक प्रशिक्षण, ड्रिल, जैसे क्षेत्रों पर ध्यान केंद्रित करेगा। निशानेबाजी, सामान्य सैन्य ज्ञान, बुनियादी रणनीति में सामरिक कौशल, निहत्थे युद्ध और बुनियादी सैन्य प्रशिक्षण के एक भाग के रूप में स्थितिजन्य जागरूकता, इसके बाद उनके संबंधित ट्रेडों में अग्रिम सैन्य प्रशिक्षण।
देवलाली कैम्प सेंटर केंद्र और स्कूल में प्रशिक्षित अग्निवीरों को प्रभावी ढंग से प्रशिक्षित किया जाएगा और प्रशिक्षण के सफल समापन के बाद अग्निवीरों को युवा सैनिकों के रूप में प्रमाणित किया जाएगा और राष्ट्र की सेवा करने के लिए विभिन्न रेजिमेंटों में शामिल होंगे।

If a candidate joins and serves for four years then also ok. It's better then moving like vagabond or having girl friend, wasting time in park. He will earn something and if he has habbit of savings then in four years the candidate may have savings, experience and respect. The candidate will have something of his own.
