I started listening to this at 5am as I couldn’t sleep. After the third listen my head suddenly felt cold and I felt a pressure between my eyes, where my third eye would be. And then I started crying for some reason and then a huge weight was lifted from my body

If you say - forgive- it means you are judgemental. You judge the other person not agreeing with you or your way of living. And karma ? Why go into karma every time over and over ? You can say - no karma for me-
@@onlythetruth197 What I meant is that this earthly experience is a learning process and if you do genuinely forgive (instead of being angry or vengeful etc) those who cursed you or sent bad influences and thank them/send kindness you should be rid of their influences as you're showing to the Forces of Universe that you learned your lesson. That should be the end of it but if they persist they'll get their own lesson either way thanks to Karma and they'll stop. That's what I meant anyway - it's not really a judgment as it's all in context of a situation where you're being negatively affected by bad influences of other not well meaning people who are doing it on purpose.

But first I had to swallow the pill, that they done wrong to me, and I'm rightfully angry, and sad about it. It was quite the trickster for me, since I tried to suppress my anger, with a forced on, "forgiveness". It was the hardest one, for me to not to tackle, but to understand, and notice, since these things are so subtle. I used let people, back in my life, whom only done damage, time after time. The anger against them turned to be self loathing on the note that I let myself down, by not standing up for my feelings and thoughts. Of course with time, after the anger came out, I reached bliss and forgiveness, and not just about them, but more importantly about myself. But first I had to let my anger rage, and burn out. Didn't wanted to sound more, or like a teacher, for me it took quite some time, and I had these concepts to, but not the actual doing of it. It probably wasn't only this blunt call to action from this man, but more of a last straw effect. I think this is one of the hardest thing in life, the question of forgiveness.
