nahojackable same, ive been trying to find this song for like 9 years or so. I start listening to skindred and Spotify just reccommends it to me like that!
@@JS-xv3dm Spotify no shit just recommended me this song out of no where, I forgot it existed. The nostalgia is powering through right now, 360 days the good days.
So that’s why this song reminds me of Halo 2. I remember hearing this as a kid when I with my friend and we were playing Halo2 and this was playing. I just thought that was a song he added himself.
***** I honestly, didn't know this was in anything, I just found listening to Babylon in study hall in high school one day. I'll have to check those games out I guess though, lol.
My first xbox 360 had this and other singles from artists already on it, and it was brand new at the time. I also remember it had a song by porcupine tree house or something.
Found this song when I lived in West palm beach Florida in 04-05...was my favorite song on the radio and has been stuck in my head since.. all I could remember was Greyhound, and the sound awayoooooooooo haha my friends thought I was nuts!! I finally found it!!! No joke they used to play it every other song on the radio and I would freak out every single time
I personally prefer P.o.d. because their music is more diverse. P.o.D. has got ballads like "Thinking about forever" or "Set your eyes to Zion" which are counterbalanced by songs like "Southtown" or "Mistakes and Glories". Skindred also has got the heavy and some sad songs, but most of their songs are interchangeable and build on the same scheme: Agressive guitar, bouncing bass, a Jamaican singer screaming metal and singing reggae at the same time and a drummer who balances it all out. P.o.d.'s Songs are more versatile. Thinking about forever are ballads in their own respect: SYETZ has an echoing reggae-beat guitar smoothened out by the bass and drums, where as TAF relies on a melancholic bass and acoustic guitar. The song structure is almost identical, but that doesn't change the fact that both songs sound very different from each other and even more different from songs like "southtown." With Skindred, I heard sound the siren at a festival live and was captured live- Skindred is a great live band. But upon hearing it back at home, it sounded like the same formula used in songs like "Pressure"- Drop C guitar, with an heavy, but easy riff and catchy sing along part thrown in to involve the audience live. I still love both bands- Skindred for their energetic live performances and P.o.d. for their diversity. If I had to choose one, I'd go for P.o.d.
One of my favorite bands. I've seen them about ten times. I even seen them after my buddy won tickets on wjrr. It was just Benj and a guitarist in a tattoo shop and he still put on a badass show. With no shoe laces either said he got arrested the night before and being from Orlando I believed him. Benji if you read this me and my buddy Pete said Hi.
this song was on my first Xbox 360 :D and I just wanna say thank you to the guys wo made the promo playlist on the original 20gb xbox 360's. awesome song ! :D

His parents are Jamaican and he was brought up in wales with the rest of his band members. Wales produces alot of brilliant metal bands from skindred to bullet for my valentine. Hell even funeral for a friend was brilliant back in the day.

lmao I can't even imagine trying to search this song by the lyrics. My radio station played this song every now and then, and would say the band name, and its hard to not remember that voice
2017 and still going strong. THIS IS WHAT HUMAN OUGHT TO LOOK LIKE; FUSION THAT CREATES A WHOLE GREATER THAN A SUM OF THE PARTS. *jams along n dances* PRESSAHRE!
Boracay98ftw there were around 10 or so songs that came preloaded in the hard drives of very first generation of the Xbox 360 (the white one), including this one.
I used to jam to this in the tenth grade, driving fast on back roads in my 1991 buick regal custom LOLOL The soundsystem was SO good! original soundsystem. used to go between this album, In Flames, Soilwork & Killswitch Engage...lacuna Coil
Extremely underrated group.
King Naga you're not kidding seriously they should have got more recognition than what they got
Not many people get different that’s why lol 🙄 I personally love these guys!

Saaaame
They kick ass live. The vocalist knows how to keep a crowd on their feet.

103.1 THE BUZZ
which is better P.O.D or Skindred? Personally I think Skindred is better
Both are awesome :3
Cant compare really
