- In our Universe there are three gunas. Sattva, rajah and tamah.
Sattva means the mode of goodness, rajah means the mode of passion and tamah means the mode of ignorance.
Goodness, passion, ignorance these three are the qualities of human world.

Karm yog kya hai ...?
In Bhagavad Gita, Krishna explains several yoga paths to achieve self-realization and union with the Divine. The primary ones are:
1. Karma Yoga (selfless action) - "Karmanyevadhikaraste ma phaleshu kadachana" (Chapter 2, Sloka 47) - meaning, "You have a right to perform your prescribed duties, but you are not entitled to the fruits of your actions."
2. Bhakti Yoga (devotion) - "Manmanabhava madbhaktah...", (Chapter 9, Sloka 34) - "Always think of Me, become My devotee...", thus emphasizing the path of loving devotion to God.
3. Jnana Yoga (knowledge) - "Jnanam parama guhyam...", (Chapter 5, Sloka 2) - "Knowledge is the highest divine mystery." Here, the path involves understanding the nature of Self, Brahman, and the Universe.
4. Raja Yoga (meditation and mind control) - "Abhyasena tu kaunteya...", (Chapter 2, Sloka 48) - meaning, "By unfailing, regular practice of Yoga, with devotion and balanced intellect, the seeker gains perfection in Samadhi" (meditative concentration).
Krishna says that all paths eventually unite at the Divine reality, so the choice should be based on one's inherent nature and interest.
Wisdom: Unite all paths in your quest; love, compassion, and selfless action are the keys to Self-realization and peace.
