Having a Lauren binge video day lol. I love the discipline you have for yourself and prioritizing fitness, eating well, work life balance.
Random, how often do you wash your hair? I wear a hat so that causes stinky sweaty hair, for my outdoor walks, runs. But no way am I not wearing a hat😂. Any tips!?

I wash it only twice a week!! I usually walk inside so I don’t need to wear a hat! If I wore a hat, I’d probably be washing my hair more often! Maybe a visor would work better? That way your whole head doesn’t get hat hair/sweaty? Also, if you notice every part of your scalp besides your front pieces aren’t super sweaty… (I’ve done this before lol) I will only wash the top/front pieces of my hair in the sink and blow dry/style them so it looks cleaner than it would! lol!

@@LaurenColvin 🤦‍♀️😂 why had I not thought of a visor. That is such a freaking good idea! Thank you!! Im also going to try your hair washing technique. I really don’t want to wash it so much especially because I already tend to have a dry scalp . 😔
