Everyone chill down, this show is nit as bad as everyone is saying. The animation is good, the voice cast is good, the stories are fine. However not all jokes work some do and they are funny. It teaches the etong morals but does so by mentioning the right morals what actually works in the opposite way. And come on, the dc references are funny. Obviously the original version is a masterpiece that the new one will never match but at least it has some moments. Just keep in mind that the personalities of everyone are different now.
Okay, admittedly, I was shocked, but you know? This is nice. I’m not a hardcore TTG hater like most people are (it just wasn’t the top of my show priorities) and, I’ll admit, the show garnered better quality and a more positive audience when I wasn’t looking, which I commend. For 10 years, Jesus, Cartoon Network was milking this more than Adventure Time, Steven, Regular Show, Ben 10: Omniverse, and even Gumball, but given the network’s recent purgatory, the fact TTG kept them afloat during that time (for better and for worse) is something to acknowledge, not even appreciate. There is actually some occasionally decent humor to be found here and there and, while some episodes teach incredibly weird lessons, the ones that teach good ones are actually really good (no joke: I passed a test on rental property in my intro to finance class during freshman year of high school because of that episode discussing it). Also, the death threats to the VAs - first off, calm the fuck down, and secondly, that doesn’t help. At least this is the one CN reboot where pretty much all the original VAs stayed.
I grew up as a REALLY little kid watching the og Teen Titans, and had zero issues with Teen Titans Go when it released roughly a decade later. I enjoyed it almost as much. It's just stupid fun and it does cover some super mature topics at some points, just like the original even if it's way less subtle in TTG. I wish Teen Titans fanboys would just grow a pair and stop complaining about TTG. I don't like Joker's design in The Batman 2004, but that doesn't mean I'm going to constantly whine about how I think Batman 2004 Joker is worse than BTAS Joker and ruin it for people who don't feel that way.
Maybe it's just because I am a comic fan but I find it a disgrace to the teen titans and there is no reason to say you don't have to watch it if you don't want to Don't worry I won't I am just here for the nostalgic shows.

Yeah, ever since the OG series ended, Michael Jelenic and Aaron Horvath rebooted the series with this show. And it somehow lasted more seasons than the OG. And yeah, so many people have hated it and said it was awful and completely misses the point of the original and they are right. But to be honest, this show only works if you turn your brain off and have some fun with it.

I’m not a hardcore TTG hater like most people are (it just wasn’t the top of my show priorities) and, I’ll admit, the show garnered better quality and a more positive audience when I wasn’t looking, which I commend. For 10 years, Jesus, Cartoon Network was milking this more than Adventure Time, Steven, Regular Show, Ben 10: Omniverse, and even Gumball, but given the network’s recent purgatory, the fact TTG kept them afloat during that time (for better and for worse) is something to acknowledge, not even appreciate. There is actually some occasionally decent humor to be found here and there and, while some episodes teach incredibly weird lessons, the ones that teach good ones are actually really good (no joke: I passed a test on rental property in my intro to finance class during freshman year of high school because of that episode discussing it). Also, the death threats to the VAs - first off, calm the fuck down, and secondly, that doesn’t help. At least this is the one CN reboot where pretty much all the original VAs stayed.
I grew up as a REALLY little kid watching the og Teen Titans, and had zero issues with Teen Titans Go when it released roughly a decade later. I enjoyed it almost as much. It's just stupid fun and it does cover some super mature topics at some points, just like the original even if it's way less subtle in TTG.
I wish Teen Titans fanboys would just grow a pair and stop complaining about TTG. I don't like Joker's design in The Batman 2004, but that doesn't mean I'm going to constantly whine about how I think Batman 2004 Joker is worse than BTAS Joker and ruin it for people who don't feel that way.

Maybe it's just because I am a comic fan but I find it a disgrace to the teen titans and there is no reason to say you don't have to watch it if you don't want to Don't worry I won't I am just here for the nostalgic shows.

I didn't know you guys would watch this show, it's so funny. I love when Robin is vibing in the car, although I love any scene Robin's in and Raven; and I mean all versions of these characters. I can't wait for Lady Legasus. P.S. Do people really expect this show to exactly like the original show because that doesn't make sense?

I have pretty low standards but I personally don't find the show too bad. I didn't have as big a connection to the original show as other people did(it came out when I was 3)
Yeah, ever since the OG series ended, Michael Jelenic and Aaron Horvath rebooted the series with this show. And it somehow lasted more seasons than the OG. And yeah, so many people have hated it and said it was awful and completely misses the point of the original and they are right. But to be honest, this show only works if you turn your brain off and have some fun with it.
