    HRTech is such an interesting space - there are lots of AI tools and sourcing apps that can make finding people way easier. Now ENGAGING those people is a topic for another video. ;)
    Don't be confused though - using AI or other automation tools is NOT the same process as reviewing incoming applications. All sourced candidates also end up in our ATSs at some point, before we can go too far in the process. FINDING prospects to contact is NOT reviewing applicants.     its good for the recuiter but not candidate becuase he needs compete with lots of others right ? if I reach hiring manager then he shares as well with HR then its even better especially if he tells we are closing it in 5 days.

    Thank you for this helpful overview. We are thinking about purchasing HireEz for our company. We have everything from technicans, Software Engineers to directors. Would it help with technician levels such as Installation Tech, Field techs?

    Thanks for the video Amy - does HireEz work for hiring across any industry and not just technology/software related roles? I'm wanting to use it to help sourcing candidates for skilled roles in the fashion industry...

    Hey Amy, what are comparable sourcing AI tools for independent recruiters or recruiters who's companies won't invest in the software,but you are sinking in trying to source directly on Indeed or Ziprecruiter for internal stakeholders (sad scenario). Can you help provide options please? Thank you!~
