    To keep quiet: stop all of the interior dialogue: labeling, identifying, thinking, and conceptualizing of your mind. Forget the past. Stop imagining the future. Just be *present* with reality.
    Stop talking/keep quiet, and you will feel reality happening _in the present moment_ everywhere around you.

      No point getting rid of anything as long as you perceive yourself as a point in time, with a past, a present and a future. Get rid of something, something else will arise.
