If you wanna make something that's actually enjoyable with the second recipe. Get rid of the pizza crust and instead use wonton wrappers. After chilling the filling, use a small scooper or your hands to shape a small ball that fits into a wonton wrapper and seal with water or eggwash. Then steam or fry up the wonton and enjoy with a side of ranch or bleu cheese. Boom, Buffalo chicken wontons.
