- My real life long time friend Jill Zarin is here and as always, I tell her what I really think. Her funny boyfriend Gary Brody chimes in to call her out on things as well which makes for a very real, juicy and hilarious conversation. We get into her being a guest on a yet to be aired Below Deck episode. Jill does not hold back on her opinions and theories on Ultimate Girls Trip as well as the new and old Real Housewives of New York. We get into her personal relationships with housewives including Brandi Glanville and Caroline Manzo and Caroline’s lawsuit against Bravo. Holy Cr*p. Love you Heather, but listening to two chronic interrupters interrupting each other was difficult. And I for one “ got” Gary’s joke and kinda liked it…poor dude.
However, given free rein, he might have continued with that silliness and it could have been too much. Heather knows what she wants and has a right to ask for it.

Same here! I got sad when I saw how he stayed silent for almost the entire rest of the pod just cuz of one poorly received (hilarious) joke. And he was being sweet in the moment too, accentuating Jill’s story about her friend like a good hype man 🤷🏻♀️ Heather had to crap all over him real quick

I got the carbon joke and I loved it!
Heather, love you but you really were harsh with Gary. Knowing this couple and Jill's style of interviewing, set up the guidelines ahead of time. I wish Jill would be more secure with herself without interviewing with her companions too. Also, the Traitors interuptus was awkward, clunky editing. I was following Jill's story and interested. That could have been done at the end. Jill is always a great interview. She has her hands and ears in everything. I was disappointed she stated she was a host of the terrible cook show - which has had 27 seasons - but couldn't note any participants. Jill regarding her husband's Bobby funeral having a filmed RH moment. She came out of the temple to greet Bethenney and guests, she saw the film crew (a group of people with large equipment, lights & microphone) and continued filming. Although brief, still considered a scene - "what AM I going to do now?". So tacky, unacceptable, disrespectful on everyone's part. Also, I cringed with the "math" of the dating, togetherness with Gary and Bobby's passing. I know Jill adored Bobby and he was an angel, but...

Jill Luanne and Sonja look amazing! They never over do it with the work on the face! The west coast could take notes. Gorgeous- face hands and neck. Aging so well!!
I 100% agree. I binge-watched all of the old New York Housewives and then I switched to OC housewives and it was such a sharp contrast of aging gracefully and beautifully, perhaps with a little bit of conservative help, and then the Frozen faces and over inflated lips on OC.

This show was a little off today. Started with Gary (why was he there ..?) and Heather telling him to quit talking…then, the commercials interrupting in the conversation. Just not very Juicy or entertaining.

I’m pretty sure, Jill Zarin, that we are intelligent and evolved enough to watch the NYC OG Housewives AND the new group of NYC Housewives without it being “confusing”. The physics of String Theory is confusing. Watching the original cast of NYC Housewives and the new cast of NYC is not.
Many women do not watch the Bravo network because the shows promote fighting, and pettiness amongst women

Gary’s comment about carbon was funny. I hope Heather doesn’t really think we are all that stupid to not catch Gary’s joke. I just wish it was Heather and Jill for the first half because all 3 are trying to talk at the same time. I do like Gary though, he is hilarious.

New RHONY cast is boring AF, stopped watching after the 5th episode, it was hard for me to go trough. I wanted to give the girls a chance, but they were boring and insufferable. I still do hope they throw some of the old cast in the mix, I would definitely start watching again.

OMG Leave Gary at home or in the car next time. He is the rude one. He reminds me of how Dorinda's old boyfriend would try to introduce himself into every topic being discussed among the women. The kind of guy who also thinks every conversation is enhanced by their words wisdom and quick wit. I'm surprised at all the women jumping to defend him. That seemed even odder and very retro!

Jill has regained my respect.~ I’m not vested in the new Housewives shows anymore but boy, back in the day, I practically lived to watch them, especially NYC. ~ It took me years to forgive Jill on how she treated Bethenny but Jill really evolved in her self-improvement over the years & has regained my respect.~ I’d love to see Jill & Bethenny more together & I think Bethenny personally needs Jill.~ But I can also see the dynamics between them being a bit tough on Jill.

Gary's carbon joke was a quality dad joke that genuinely came from a place of respect for the audience......I didn't like the way he was spoken too. It also sucks that a quality cheesy dad joke has ended up having this reaction in the comments. ..... the appropriate way to react is giving a half laugh while pulling a judgemental face & rolling one's eyes lol

Jill!!!! I have tried several times to explain to people why I too need my diet cokes(can preferably) cold and poured slowly with glass turned to side and over ice. I’m adamant about it. Just good to know I’m the not the only one with a Diet Coke ritual. Love you girl!!!
I got my 2 and 3 year old dressed up for a wedding in seer-sucker suits and Salt water sandals and they wouldn’t stop wrestling and I ended up leaving early.
