@@JulianWatsonThe400yep, just gotta get up and do it! Life is short.
@@DouEditz I would love to see them.
Fact in 18 months they won 75% of their races so NASCAR disqualified them
John Toms wow
Nope. Your 'fact' is a lie. All aero cars were limited to 305 CID after 1970. They were never 'banned'.
Should've shown the whole run
Yay we found strip "the king" weathers
Yessss thank you!
Sean Walters you're welcome ;-)
GM and Ford threatened to leave NASCAR.. GET THAT PLYMOUTH OFF THE TRACK. Pikers
Nope. You're either just making stuff up and running with it or repeating a lie you heard. Do your research instead of lying. Thx.
@@Ziggy_Moonglow The Hemi and the 'winged cars' were BANNED by NASCAR, from GM and Ford complaints... Fact.
1:01 😍
STRIP WEATHERS
MOPAR FOREVER !
Wow
DYNOCO
I know the myth is more fun than the facts, but the Superbird only won 8 races and though Petty won 16 times in 1970 they were all short tracks , dover is in question......on those wins he ran standard road runners.......so I am not sure petty ever won a race with a superbird, he did however win 10 times in a Ford, all of which were talledega toninos, so since pete hamilton won Daytona and both talledega races in 70 that only leaves 5 wins......so Petty won more races in a Talledega Torino than in a superbird.
most people think that, they sure bring top dollar$$$$$$$$
no one cares about the Torino because it wasnt good enough to get banned. thats why the wing cars are mythical.
God ur an ass...you are on every freaking Y/T winged Mopar video ...get over it dude Chrysler was WAY better at engineering than Ford in 1970 deal with it. Why do you think Mopar won like 35...38??? (not sure of the exact number but just about all of them) of the cup races that year weather it was in a wing car or a Valiant. Oh yes king Richard did drive a Ford for a year quite sucessfully but was it the car??? or the driver??? that won and if he thought the Torino was so great why did he not stay with it...hmmmm????And besides that...even not so car oriented people have heard of a Superbird like them or not...ask them what a Talledega Torino is. (here's where you hear cricket chirping) Its pretty much common sense the Superbird and Daytona weren't going to have any advantage on short tracks...only superspeedways. They were designed to go fast and they sure did. There is another know it all ass Dougie something on a different winged Mopar video on here. You 2 should hook up an get married....
DT's hobby is going to any and every Mopar video to take a 💩 on it. Dover is in question? He drove the Superbird and won at Dover, but you won't count it, yet you'll count every short track win by Ford as an "Aero win" because you're a douche bag. Facts don't line up with your fantasy, DT. Get over it.
@@OxBlitzkriegxO You do know the Talladega, Cyclone Spoiler, Daytona, Superbird and Charger 500 were all limited to 305 CID in 1971, right? See, those cars were never 'banned', they were limited to 5 litre engines. DT will lie through omission or just flat out.. Don't join him in the lies. Ford won the Aero Wars of 1969-1970 by one (1) victory but DT likes to count all the Ford short track wins as 'Aero War' wins to inflate the numbers. Reality proves the FoMoCo and Chrysler cars were very well matched but fanboys on each side will claim their side 'dominated' because that's what dishonest people do.
Could he have driven it like more of a fanny?
