Zdenka, I've now subscribed and appreciate your different videos. Looking forward to the rest of them... My favorite shot was when you talked about the zoom out and not just keeping it level, especially when there are quality background environments that can add value to the shot. :) I've noticed in both movies and documentaries they rarely keep a straight back zoom out, and now I can see the differences. You didn't just explain it, you showed 2 examples. The difference was very noticeable. I know it's a lot of extra work on your part when you edit these videos, but there's no amount of explanation that can take the place of actually seeing the differences between doing it wrong and doing it right. Your dedication to showing that brings extra value to your work. Thank you!

Great, great video thanks Zdenka. I love my X1 and am using it frequently in my hiking and camping vlogs. I’ve just ventured into manual mode and love the rise and reveal shots you can do. I just found out about the new version yesterday. So far, nobody contacted me about that so I’m not sure if I’m getting one. If I do, I will certainly make a video…. I am also eagerly waiting for 4K.

For a long time I always thought it would be cool to get a dji drone but the thought of having to control it every time I know it will just end up collecting dust, I also thought of getting the insta360 but again I think it will just end up collecting dust because I would be too lazy to maximise its capabilities. Hoverair X1 will suit me better as I'll just use for leisure when I go travelling and for walks with my hubby, we can now get shots of both us instead of just the scenery 😂

I absolutely love my X1…..some good ides here. Thank you. My only issue with the drone is that it’s poor in wind, and follow me or dolly track isn’t good when you have others with you, as the X1 gets confused easily. Small issues. I’d love to get the new machine for the camera quality but it’s a bit pricey for me for now. Thanks again, Marcus

You must be italian? Your English is very good as second language. I know a few words in Italian and I've visited Italy and visited Venice which is beautiful. I can imagine you us8ng this little drone 8n Venice to get thise cinematic videos in Venice.
This little drone looks great what it can do and give you. It's 8nteresting item and easily goes in backpack. Birds eye looks nice if you have things in video that interest people.

Haven’t had a chance to use my HoverAir X1 over here in Singapore due to plenty of no-fly zones but this video is making me contemplate to try it out in a non-restricted area soon! You mentioned that you owned your HoverAir for more than a year now but did you not fly it out much?
Yes, I fly quite frequently. I just don’t post it much in the videos. A lot of it is full personal use.

Some of the nicest shots ive seen with Hover Air X1. I know you're not a huge traditional drone fan. Did you give up on your DJI Mini? Its not as simple, of course but can do more in return, in my opinion. Good catch on the gestures pronunciation! When I call things out to creators, its always with good intent, and to help THEM succeed!

Nice video. I just received my HoverAir X1 Smart. I noticed recorded time does not sync with my location. Is there a setting in HoverAir X1 where I can set the internal clock to where I am at?

Incredible video for the HoverAir X1! You have brought big-time experience to this How-To and it is really helpful. My fave shots? Every shot with the big red X is such a great teaching moment illustrating a don't-do-this, followed by a do-it-this-way shot. At 12:00, the birds-eye over the umbrellas makes such an interesting shot! Thank you for this video and I'm going to figure out how to take it with me the next time I go out with my X1. BTW, your 2nd language English is wonderful! Not to worry!

Hello Zdenka, because of you I have gone out and purchased an X1. Quick question, what is the Color Cpace the X1 is recording in. There is no LOG setting I can see, so how should I configure DaVinci Resolve when importing the footage and setting up a Color Space Transform. Thank you!
It is just regular rec709 I believe…. I don’t have to configure anything in premiere pro
Is the drone recording to your phone or does it have its own memory card? Thank you for the information re this drone.
The drone records the footage on its own and then you have to connect with your phone to download the footage through the app

Hi..I have an X1 and am very pleased with the video quality for my cycling. However when I use Follow me mode and want to end my flight the unit does not come close to me for hand catching and I have to use manual mode to get it close. I have tried using Gestures but no luck yet. Can you explain how I can get Gesture mode to work as I cannot find any settings for it. 😊
This is very strange. It should be coming back to you.. sometimes I have to extend the hand and hold it for a good five seconds before it registers that I wanted to come back to me

i didn't mind paying little more for 4K camera on it, u know Drone is all about Camera , they should made it in 2 models, BUT this is really good for YT & homemade created videos🤘
I agree with you. This is the only time where I will close my eyes and pretend that missing 4K is not bothering me. The features are way too good and the ease of use. I’ve been using it quite a lot.

What happens in crowded area or lots of people near you?
It will focus only on one person
How to unlock manual mode? Also, how does Hover x1 know its reached its max altitude of 15 mtr. If stand on a building will it go further higher.I know it had optical sensors at the bottom, but will it keep the hover steady without drifting at that max altitude? Also, will the Hover survive if it fall from max altitude!.
You will unlock the manual mode if you will fly the other modes first. I believe it’s calculates the height from your hand. It’s programmed. I am not sure if I would take it on top of the building though…. So far, my drone never fell so I don’t know how it would survive such fall. It is best to always check batteries that they are charged before you do anything like that.
@ZdenkaDarula can you test it by launch it from the first floor like so. To see that, will it count that. As its not a GPS. Wants to knows how it work's.
Is 2700k enough resolution on average?
For RUclips channel it is perfectly fine

Does not this drone need to be flown under FAA Part 107 since it 's product is used in furtherance of a business? If so it needs to be registered and must have a Remote ID module installed. At least that is how I understand the FAA regulations. But I could be wrong as I am not employed by the FAA.
Every country is different and since I live in Canada I unfortunately don’t know the answer
@@ZdenkaDarula Sorry my misunderstanding I thought that you were here in the US were under 249g drones just means that you don't have to register if you are using your drone only for recreational purposes.
