Thank you so much! Pleased to share have some more product upgrades coming soon - including tons of new styles, even better sound quality and thinner temples!
Not bad. Was hoping for something like translucent android OS via the lenses, linked to phone and operated by voice assist. I guess we're not there yet.
It depends. The glasses are not classified as an assistive device for the blind like some HMD smartglasses such as the E-sight. However, we have gotten reports that some folks with mobility and vision impairment like to use our glasses for easier access to smart features.
Hi Chef Zeke, that is a great question! Although our glasses haven't been evaluated to treat people whom are blind, our glasses allow you to connect to any Bluetooth device for a hands-free experience while still being able to hear outside noise around you!
While I don't disagree with the multifunction button I'm at a crossroad with the decision on what each function does. I'm sure there's a reason, but i would not have chosen single clicks for volune +/-. It would be cool if you change the mapping via the Lucyd app. Not a turn off, just an adjustment
This is the older Bluetooth 5.0 model, Lucyd Lyte Eclipse, from 2021. A new version of the Eclipse is coming this year with comfort, fit and sound quality updates, circa September!
@@LucydEyewearthanks, I ended up returning it because of my small head. The arms stick out significantly and they aren't pleasing to look at. Also, the sound bleeds. The people around me hear whatever I am listening to. If the new release will be up to par with the Ray-Ban | Meta audio quality, then count me in.
Try our new Eddie Bauer collection, it's our best audio yet. We have a 7-day risk free trial. It still bleeds a bit however, this is common across all audio eyewear.
Hello we now have a Bixby app to make the voice access to ChatGPT truly handsfree on Samsung phones. Watch the video here to learn how: lucyd.co/pages/bixby-app
Hi, you can control the audio from your phone still, the touch controls on the glasses are useful for when you don't have your phone in readily accessible (eg during sports and other activities when your hands are occupied)
This glass is too plain looking. Company needs to up their game on the design. I don't know why many companies do this? I see it in the car, phone, ...just about everything. Is there a threshold by Government controlling what one can design?
Just got my Darkside glasses in, loving the fact that I don’t have to wear earbuds. Thanks for the super simple tutorial 🎉
i have the eclipse reading glasses and the voyager clear to dark lenses. i can't live without them now. amazing job.

Would you suggest these glasses for blind people also? Cool technology.

Would this be a good investment for a blind person? I’m very interested. Also, how far can your iPhone be from the glasses. Thank you so very kindly.

@@ezekiel829 Anytime Zeke! Happy to answer any questions you have =)
Do the speakers work independently or do you have to listen to both sides at the same time?
You can power on both temples for stereo sound or use only one temple like a traditional bluetooth earpiece.

We are actually working on button remapping! We should have this feature sometime in the next year.
@@LucydEyewear gg 👌

My glasses have been charging a long time 12+ hours and it still has the red blinking light
Hello, they are mostly likely fully charged. Please connect to your phone and see if it shows the battery life in the top right of the screen.
So much button pressing..... wouldn't it be better to use your smart watch device or phone to control audio for sunglasses

Certainly, but it's there if you want to use it. Convenience, while little, is still convenient
