I love Mass Effect. And in all three games Tali is my favorite character. The omni-tool prop is amazing, and I mod nerf guns so that shotgun is like a work of art to me. I'm not a girl so I don't think I'd ever wear the helmet, but all the same it looks fantastic.

It's quite easy with Arduino nowadays. You just need an Arduino nano (clone), 10k resistor and a cheap electret microphone. 5usd total. I've just made exactly the same system for my N7 Breather Helmet (will post it on my main channel tomorrow). Works like a charm! I know the N7 Helmet doesn't have this feature but I programmed it in as a prototype for my Tali costume I'll be preparing in the future.
I wish I was more crafty.. but I am not, get me something to work with for films, and i am happy, but I can't really build it... thats why it's good to have friends :D

it simple even i have a idea on how got to any car store buy some window tint and tada purple u can get purple window tint u just have to put it over the plastic and get rid of locked in air

I'd recommend dyeing PET-G with iDye Poly brand fabric dye.
You can dye PET-G with fabric dye. I reccomend iDye Poly brand dye.
What plastic did you use and how would I go about shaping it as you did?

Voice activated inverter may have helped with the mouth light, in the games its always on until the person speaks and then it turns off.
