Most companies have a max age of 21, or no age limit at all, and while you have a higher chance of acceptance and debut if you become a trainee at a younger age, that doesn't mean people need to push themselves to join a company at a young age. Everyone has their own pace.

All Im saying is don't tell people the max age to become a trainee is 16, because that isn't true and depending on someone's talent and skills, they can still get in after that age. There are a lot of idols right now who started training after that age.

I have a elder brother to and he always say me that “ you can nothing because you are a girl and girls are only for house work ”. whenever i talk to him about my career and dream he always scold me and now days he used to scold me for small things . that's why i stop talking to him . My parents always listening to him and i know my brother never gonna support me and my dream ever . My brother wants to be an actor and when he told my parents about his dream and what he wants to be , my parents agree with his dream and appreciate his dream and they always support him . they never paying attention to me . I dont know how to convence them about my dream . I used to cry everyday and pry to god for thier support , Now I'm really tired of crying . I dont know what to do , I am really depressed guys , please give me some suggestion and good advice that what i do next ( i really am sorry for my bad english i definitely gonna learn it soon)
